The Inner life of a Cell

  1. Some proteins moving stuff about ATP style probably. Traslation of DNA/ RNA into proteins and subsequent packaging and complexity making with secondary and tertiary structuring in the endoplasmic reticulum (that jellyfish looking thing about 3/4 of the way through the animation). It’s pretty cool but structured to give it more of a narrative than a linear flow of how a protein is made and works.

  2. the little guy walking along the gray tube carrying the huge blue blob on its head was a kinesin walking along a microtubule, and it was carrying a vesicle. thats one of the major ways how neurotransmitters are transported within neurons (and glia). thanks for the video, i think its awesome, although i wish i knew what the timescale was.
